How is my order processed from the website?
A.
Because the nature of our products are “custom”,
here's how it works: Once you place an order through our secure
website, we receive information about your order and your
credit card number. We do not process your card until the
day the order is shipped from our facilities. We will confirm
via email the total charges including shipping before the
order is sent. Any information you provide us is strictly
confidential and will never be shared with any other company.
We do not retain credit card information.
Q.
How long will it take for my order to ship once email order
is received?
A.
Generally speaking, your trophy order will be shipped within
one week; plaques, awards, executive, and glassware will be
shipped within two weeks (sooner if possible). This depends
on several factors (see next Q & A below). However, if
your order is straightforward without custom graphics, it
should ship within the time frame above if not sooner. Larger
orders may take a bit longer and we will notify you via email
of the intended ship date.

How do I send custom artwork/graphics to Maine Awards?
A.
Send any custom logo, artwork or graphics to sales@maineawards.com.
If you would like a specialized font style or need custom
graphic design, please email
us and we will quote a price for custom designwork.
Q.
What happens if I have a rush order and need it shipped overnight
or second day?
A.
Rush orders can be done; however, we will need to add a "rush
order" fee in order to accommodate the request. Please
indicate this is a rush order when ordering.
Q.
I don't see what I'm looking for on your website. Do you have
other selections (sizes, styles, colors) that may better suit
my needs? How do I find out?
A.
The answer to that question is YES! Many of our products come
in different styles/colors/sizes. We have access to literally
thousands of items. If you don't see something in on our website,
please contact us
and we will be happy to help you find what you are looking
for. We strive to provide customers with personalized service,
so please don't hesitate to ASK!
